Registration Terms and Policies

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. The regular registration fee does not include short courses.
  3. The regular registration fee does not include the celebratory banquet.
  4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.
  5. Attendees selecting the Reviewers' luncheon will be checked against the journal reviewer list to verify eligibility.
  6. The half-day short courses do not include lunch.

Each attendee must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 on or before May 20, 2018. No refunds after May 20, 2018.
